Trading Boy Support

Use these support paths when you need help with starter access, CLI setup, paper agents, Telegram alerts, LLM connection, billing, or account recovery.

Starter key help

Claim a starter key from the signup page. If you lose it, use trading-boy forgot-key -e you@example.com from the CLI.

CLI and agent setup

Start with the getting started guide, then use trading-boy --help or trading-boy <command> --help for command details.

Direct support

Email support@tradingboy.ai with the account email, command used, and exact error text. Do not send full API keys.

Account safety

Trading Boy support will not ask for your full API key, exchange credentials, seed phrase, or private wallet keys.
